A Benchmark in Sound and Performance, The Adams Soloist XSK 3.5 Octave Xylophone with Zelon Synthetic Bars, Apex Frame
Adams Soloist Series Xylophones feature durable Synthetic Zelon bars and the Adams Apex Frame. For the university or competitive high school band in search of an ultra-high-quality xylophone with unmatched durability for both indoor and outdoor use, the Adams Soloist Series with Synthetic Zelon Bars is the perfect choice. The Adams’ specially designed synthetic zelon bar material produces a high-quality warm tone, with great projection throughout the entire range of the instrument. The Soloist XSK Series Synthetic model features precision tuning to an incredible sixth overtone – this allows the synthetic zelon bars to produce a truly balanced, warm, and resonant sound with perfect pitch.
Adams Apex Frame
Apex frames feature a dramatic swept-back side pillar design for modern style and ultimate strength. Only three frame parts make Apex quick to assemble and easy to transport. The simple, strong, and proven Adams height adjustment mechanism has been transformed in the new Apex frame, creating a total unrestricted performance experience and easy height adjustment, allowing performers at any level to achieve their peak performance. The low center of gravity, accomplished by the ultra-strong aluminum crossbar and stability-enhancing connections, along with an eccentric radial-locking center joint mechanism, provides ultimate stability with a clean, stylish look and easy movement. Integrated shore braces with hand-screw fittings provide maximum lateral strength and guaranteed vertical positioning at every set-up.
